Supplier's Code of Conduct

The Supply Management Department has created The Supplier Code of Conduct to provide Supply Management employees as well as Suppliers a formal statement of Bright Horizons’ commitment to the standards and rules of ethical business conduct. The Supplier Code of Conduct is based on the principles outlined in the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics. The document can be read in its entirety by clicking on this link, Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (PDF).

Our reputation for integrity and our continued success depends on conducting Bright Horizons’ business honestly and in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations. Fraud, dishonesty or criminal conduct on the part of any employee or anyone doing business with the Company will not be tolerated.

The Code cannot address every potential situation that relates to our standards of conduct. Employees encountering situations with Suppliers which are not addressed specifically by the Supplier Code of Conduct should exercise sound judgment, should seek advice when appropriate and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
