The success of our suppliers is measured against continuous improvement as it relates to process, pricing, product and promotion. These fundamental elements are ingrained in organization’s guiding philosophies of People, Partnerships, Performance, and Programs, the 4P’s. All of these measures serve to create a unique relationship between our department and our Suppliers. The organization’s mission speaks to respect and open communications. Our suppliers are an extension of that guiding principle and therefore, of the Supply Management Department. .
Suppliers are formally reviewed on a quarterly basis. These Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) are based on a metric system unique to Bright Horizons. The methodology will be reviewed during the bidding process. Top suppliers are expected to visit our Home office annually and provide Senior Management with a business review.
